Passing State Survey with Flying Colors

Country Meadows Village Passes State Survey  with Flying Colors

Each assisted living is required by the state to undergo a thorough inspection every two years. The inspection includes evaluating resident care and staff training, medication management, activity programs, the kitchen and dining services as well as every other aspect of the facility. The inspectors talk with residents regarding their feelings about how they are cared for and their level of satisfaction. The inspectors stated that Country Meadows Village Assisted Living is in the top 5% in Oregon that attain a “deficiency free survey” and could serve as a training example for other assisted living communities.
